Description

The Waterbury Pirates were a Double-A minor league baseball team based in Waterbury, Connecticut, and played in the Eastern League from 1970 to 1971. They played home games at Municipal Stadium and won the league championship in their first season. The team featured future MLB stars like Kent Tekulve, Richie Zisk, Dave Parker and was known for its powerful offense. Despite their success, the franchise folded after just two seasons. This design is part of our retro baseball collection, inspired by the defunct baseball teams of yesteryear. Printed on our super soft 3/4 sleeve baseball style raglan T-Shirt. We print & ship all of our high quality graphic tees in the USA.
