The Lady Luck Hotel and Casino, located at 206 North 3rd Street in downtown Las Vegas, began as Honest John's in 1964. In 1968, it was rebranded as the Lady Luck, expanding over the years to include multiple hotel towers and a spacious casino floor. Known for its friendly atmosphere and classic Vegas charm, the Lady Luck became a favorite among locals and tourists alike. After more than four decades of operation, the casino closed its doors on February 6, 2006. Following extensive renovations, the property reopened in 2013 as the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, marking the end of the Lady Luck era.
