Florida Football 2006 Champs Long Sleeve

Ten years after their first national championship in 1996, the Gators reigned supreme in college football for the second time in 2006. The team, led by second-year head coach Urban Meyer, went 13-1 on the year, with their sole loss at the hands of the Auburn Tigers. The Gators would go on to crush No. 1 Ohio State in the BCS Championship game. Soon after, the men’s basketball team would also beat OSU in the NCAA tournament, making Florida the first team to win football and men’s hoops championships in the same year.
